Really puts into perspective just how old IE6/Win really is. It is usually hard for a lot of people to remember that it was almost 3 years ago when it was released, and that it will be 2 more before it is significantly upgraded.
How many other applications do you know of that have gone for 6 years without significant improvements? Were they the most popular application in the world too?

I’m not trying to disagree or contradict in any way, but 2 + almost 3 does not equal 6. It’s almost 5. So the question should really read, “How many other applications do you know of that have gone for almost 5 years without significant improvements?”
