At Spam Summit

I’m at the web spam summit and it’s going pretty well. I think some excellent things will come out of this. I wouldn’t want to be a spammer these days.

Never say “never” Matt … Ever thought about the fact you could be hired by some spamming company because you’d be the best expert around at spamming one of the most popular blogware ? :-P

Who’s to say there haven’t been offers? That’s where principles come in handy.

Any hints on what is coming out of it? I understand if you can’t talk in case spammers are listening but as a rabid anti-spammer, I’d love to get some tidbit!

    Cheers,

    Tom

It’d be fun to show the benefits of open source, have one of the lead developers go rogue and spend all their time looking for wholes and cracks and then hitting sites with spam, the rest of the community would be releasing fixes and plugins to beat them.
