I once went to a lecture given by Harry Beckwith. It was amazing. I immediately went out and got his book and tore through it in a few hours. This book is pure gold. I’d recommend the book to anyone who owns a business. While ostensibly about sales, the book is really about learning how to understand your customer and make them happy.
