bbPress 0.8 “Desmond†Released! bbPress is starting to pick up the things we found worked best in WordPress.
If bbPress has robust spam prevention, they will get my support. My main gripe with phpBB is that it is very vulnerable to memberlist spam. Yes, there are mods, but comprehensive spam protection should really be baked into the app itself.
Can anyone contribute code to bbPress?
