Why on earth would you volunteer for an RFID implant. Are you seriously interested in giving away that amount of privacy (you know the government will use it!)
Aren’t you worry of phising of RFID via radio waves (or via removing directly form your body)? I am not afraid of innovations but It looks that new security systems should emerge to make people feel more secure before you expect them to go to surgery to implant a an electronic devide under you skin …;)
