    Man you are on a roll with these podcasts, and might I say getting better with each one. Ha. Those steaks looked mighty delicious.

    Look at you grill master! You even got the criss cross grill marks going…

    Ryan makes a good point about letting the steaks become room temperature before they go on the grill.

    That really helps you achieve that real “steak house” feel and taste… and now I want steak.

    Time to fire up the grill.

    Haha, I started playing that the podcast in my Feed reader (Google Reader) and it played at like 10x speed! You sounded like a high chipmunk. :p

    I have a podcast, and it took me one full year to even get decent at it. I also bought a Tascam TNT bundle that came with a USB digital interface and condenser mic ($199). I recommend it, but if it is just you, go with a good $30 usb headset. Check out or podcast to hear the TASCAM thing, or just to hear how crappy we are!
