sometimes i wonder what the speaker thinks when he looks into the audience and sees that nearly everyone is looking down at whatever they’re using to relay the news. a long time ago, i think the speaker would get annoyed that no one is paying attention, but nowadays, it’s the norm… we are paying attention. 🙂
