Reply Matt — November 7, 2008 @ 1:07 pm I dropped my camera and the 50mm 1.4 won’t auto-focus correctly most of the time, so I’m on manual until it can be fixed or replaced. Reply Sam — November 9, 2008 @ 7:18 am Ouch! If you are going to buy a replacement, I suggest you go for the new 50mm 1.4 AF-S that just came out. Even though you dont need AF-S on your camera (i do need for my D40), it is supposed to be better optically as well. Saludos, Reply
