		<description>It&#039;s becoming harder and harder for me to tell what qualifies as &quot;spam&quot; on my blog.  Does it all come down to the quality of the site they provide?  Obviously, I don&#039;t mind another blogger commenting and leaving their website, even if they half did it for the link itself.  But how can I judge motivation?  What if a REAL person writes a REAL comment on a post, but still has a spam site?</description>
