I once got a phone call from complete stranger effectively asking for some IT support. I had posted on Amazon a review of a hardware product and included my full name (fine) and my home town (why?). As I have a fairly unusual surname, this was enough information for the person to get my phone number (and indeed my address) from directory enquiries.
