This ZDNet article says Safari doesn’t work with WordPress as well as IE. I’m assuming he’s referring to the quicktags which just can’t be done in Safari because of JS limitations, but is anyone else having issues using WordPress with Safari?

I did have some comments that my site was not rendering well on Safari back when I featured the iKub. Turned out it was just some more strict parsing of my CSS that was causing it, now that I’m fully validated as CSS and XHTML compliant, I’ve had no problems with Safari. Take a look at the Browser Cam, you can use it to view your site in several browsers, including Safari…I featured it on RandomURL right after the iKub article complaints.
I used Safari with my WordPress installation. Everything seems to work fine.
I use Safari as my primary browser. No problems here.
Apart from the quicktag, I have no problems with safari Not with WordPress, at least. It is my primary browser.
I have problems with creating articles in safari. I can fill out forms on any site without lag, but wordpress seems to bog the heck out of the app. I haven’t found the reason for this yet.
I use Safari and things work perfectly for me. I just switched over (from b2evolution) and am really impressed with it all. I don’t really miss the quick tags cause I don’t use them — I go with Markdown instead. In fact, I just started playing around with 1.3a4 and even that works great!
The only thing that could stand a little tiny change is that in Safari the excerpt input area is a little thin vertically. But, that’s probably just a matter of perception after seeing it displayed in Firefox which looks like its around 1.5 lines tall.
No problems reading or posting. Works like a charm.
I see the colorwheel (busy cursor) a lot with Safari in the back end of WP but now that I’m using marsedit it’s a non-issue. Still, even OmniWeb is faster at rendering WP back end pages and filling out forms.
I’ve stuck with Safari because I’m used to it and there are pieces of OmniWeb I don’t care for.
Form elements that should scroll (like long lists of category names) have no scrollbars. I haven’t tried it in a while, though. Also, one cannot drag and drop text into textareas, as one can in Moz.
