Not that I don’t like sites using WordPress, but I have to say that I’m very curious as to why any Wikimedia site would run on blog software as opposed to, well, Wikimedia.
The German Wikipedia is powered by MediaWiki like all the other Wikipedias too; the Wikimedia site is a blog/resource center for the people behind the project, i.e. the Wikimedia association. I just liked how they adapted WordPress to the Wiki look.
