I’m grateful that WordPress is an open source application that is web based, where there are a slew of designers ready to make great interfaces for both the front and back end. Coupled with plugins, it’s crowd sourcing. I know I can’t design or code worth beans.
I completely agree with the previous commenter. I’ve used Linux for a while, so the concept of “if it doesn’t exist, someone in the community can make it” really appeals to me about WordPress and other open source platforms.
This is not the case with wordpress. Isn’t it? 🙂
No Gravatar, wrong emial. 😉
That’s actually a really interesting read. It’ll definitely make me think twice the next time I code something.
On a side note though, that blog is running WP 2.0. Tsk tsk. 😛
