Being France I’m not so sure but I believe it’s no jamon serrano but iberico which is much, much better. What I can understand from the label says it’s jamon iberico de bellota, which is when they fed them just the best acorns and in pretty much an organic style farming. That’s the reason for the price, and if it’s France most likely that was the REAL stuff, the French know what they get from Spain.
Did anyone of you try it? 🙂
Is that Jamon Serrano? My boyfriend loves it.
Yep I believe so, but I hear they don’t export the best stuff.
