Sometimes, you just want 2 chocolate chip cookies. This happens to me all of the time. I want a super indulgent, rich and buttery chocolate chip cookie, but don’t want to make the whole 36 of them which I’d inevitably inhale over about the same amount of hours.
Ever wondered a good recipe to make just 2 chocolate chip cookies? Now you know.
Agree. But why bake them…? I just eat the batter. Yumm!
Wow! I might have to try this tonight! (And then head straight to the gym to compensate…)
Matt, make a full batch and freeze them. Frozen cookies are amazing!?
I actually suggest make a big batch and portion out/freeze the dough. It’s more economical and faster in the long run. Anytime you want, take out a bag or two, defrost for 30m in the fridge and bake it up. Comes out perfect and you have potentially months of cookie greatness sitting ready to go.
Perfect! Will have to try this
Nothing wrong with eating cookies for 18 hours. Nothing at all…
Does such a person actually exist? 🙂
I just want three! Okay maybe six, so the kids and I can each have two. 🙂 As it stands, if we bake without company around, we almost always end up eating more than we had intended to.
