What a scmuck. Give me a break. Don’t post example markup on your site and others (http://css.maxdesign.com.au/listamatic/horizontal11.htm) if you don’t want other people to take it and work it into something else. This is not C++, its markup for crying out loud.

Except that this is not a case of complaining about someone using the code to work it into something else: that is permitted under the license so long as Joshua gets credit for his work. He’s complaining (rightly) that he did not receive credit for his work. If you’ll look closely, you’ll see that in the case of http://css.maxdesign.com.au/listamatic/horizontal11.htm, there is clearly attribution, which abides by the license. I agree with Matt (not Photomatt) in the comments at unraveled: CC licenses are enforceable just as regular copyright is. You just need the resources to do it.

Only problem here, is that the Listamatic site up until today, had not reference anywhere on the page, to his CC license. So up until today, it was posted on a how-to/help site with no restrictions on its use. Now, after the fact, he is claiming that someone “stole” his code.. is just absurd.
