Asides

Welcome to October. I said last month that big things were happening in September, and they did. What’s killing me is I can’t talk about them yet.

You sure do know how to keep us in suspense here…

  • Randy Peterman October 1, 2004 @ 12:32 pm

And now Matt could write a book on blogging tips:

    1. Keep your readers in suspense
    2. Write the software they use
    3. Post pictures in a photoblog
    4. Use a Mac

    Matt,

You are completely relaxed. ..your eyes are starting to feel heavy..you are getting sleepy…sleepy….now, you are going to tell us what happened in September, and when you wake up you will not remember anything….

i know i know! but that doesn’t mean i’m happy about this subject not to be named.

  • Tim October 2, 2004 @ 3:38 am

You mean about moving to the Bay Area, tranfering to Berkeley, taking a part-time jobs with Six Apart and Technorati, and merging WordPress with Typepad?

    It’s ok, we already know.

  • Matt Wilcox October 2, 2004 @ 6:02 am

Oh surely you can give us a hint?! pleeeeease? ;)

  • Angus October 2, 2004 @ 6:22 am

I just got off the phone with Matt. I can’t tell you guys any more, except that the otters are in a serious but stable condition and we expect them to be returned to the zoo early next week. Also, he let the librarians keep the catapult and helium canisters, against my better judgement.

I’ll let him explain the rest later, when he decides to lift the wraps off the whole escapade!

  • Keith October 2, 2004 @ 2:39 pm

Angus — that made my day.

Matt — really man, can’t you spill a single bean?

  • Ozh October 2, 2004 @ 3:08 pm

    I can swear it’s WP 1.5 AH ! That would be a surprise :)

  • Brian Poirier October 2, 2004 @ 3:20 pm

It’s about the lawsuit filed by Blogger and the attempt of a forced buyout of WordPress by one of the evil empires, right?

  • e October 3, 2004 @ 12:03 pm

just tell them all the truth — you’re pregnant!

  • Carla October 4, 2004 @ 3:09 pm
