I agree with the need for a personal start page and have been building (and rebuilding) my own for years. My needs for my etymology podcast (podictionary – the podcast for word lovers) are a bit niche since I do research inside obscure password protected databases etc, so just assembling a bunch of jpg images with links gives me a better visual jumping off point than a bookmarks list.
Just an aside: From personal experience, I know that is is next to impossible to get an English speaker to pronounce Ole correctly.
