I am a long time fan of your work w/ wordpress and your contribution to the open source community.
You are a big open source advocate and someone with alot of experience on whether a project has a healthy enough ecosystem to survive. You’re also a programmer (as I am) so I think you have a sense for whether the technicals are scalable as it is.
I’d be really curious to get your thoughts on bitcoin. What do you think? Will it survive?
I don’t know if Bitcoin itself will survive, but I’m 100% we’ll have something like it as an alternative to national currencies, unless it becomes outlawed for some reason.
I thought the value of Bitcoin was being able to buy drugs from Silk Road…
