I think too many companies haven’t embraced remote work because they are stuck in the old way of doing things. It seems an archaic model to require employees to be at an office. There’s something called technology that has made it so this isn’t necessary. Office gigs add to pollution, overcrowding and rush hour traffic. Remote work enhances quality of life!
