Thanks mate! I guess this is one of the biggest problems nowadays – “doing nothing because of i don’t know”

That’s a good one, thanks for sharing!
I’m sure Jefferson understood the need for a clear head and didn’t consider his decompression time or taking the time to step back and study ideas differently to be idle time.
This flipside of the quote is that people can turn this into an excuse to do the trivial “work for work’s sake” as Tim Ferriss calls it, rather than the important.
