We are here because the editor of this magazine asked me, “Can you tell me what code is?”
Paul Ford’s amazing What is Code? for Bloomberg. I only spotted one mistake, of course from the Taupe Blazer guy: you’re never at the limits of WordPress.

I agree with you about limits… we just built a plugin that allows WordPress to function as a platform, in this case connecting teachers to business people who want to volunteer in their classrooms (www.O2i.org). Building the plugin so that people could stay on the front end 100% and not go to the back end wasn’t easy but we managed (because we have an awesome engineer who worked out how to do it!!!). In the end, we choose to build it as a plugin rather than a hard coded platform because that meant it could then be installed on any website and used for different purposes.
… and I love the map!!!
I had the exact same thought when I read this yesterday. Silly Taupe Blazer guy.
I mean, unless they’re doing something crazy with electrical and embedded stuff, right?
