And yes, they celebrate Halloween here. Not like in USA, but they do. There will be a lot of night parties. May be not Wednesday, but that the weekend a lot of them.

We don’t do the “trick-or-treating” thing, but there are some halloween themed parties and events… it’s more like a marketing thing

I don’t think so, however a few people will know about it. Welcome to South America! What about a WordCamp in Brazil – maybe next year, following or just prior to Argentina’s ?

No halloween here (not a clue for most people, just a vague idea about “Noche de Brujas”). Just a bunch of discos doing themed parties
