One Down

The first paper is done, but I’m going to forego my usual practice of posting them here because I think it’s quite bad. Yes I know that was the original point of posting them, but any writing attempting to tie together Aphra Behn and Immanuel Kant should not see the light of day, much less the web.

  1. I always pick the worst paper topics. For instance, the attempt in 10th grade to compare Japanese and American education and correlate that to the amount of youth violence in the respective societies was quite terrible. I did a little better (but not much) last semester, with my tedious comparison of African philosophical conceptions of person and being to Western conceptions. Ugh.

On another note, I just sent myself a 10 MB attachment and crashed my email program. Go me.

  2. I’d start with “Emmanuel Kant was a real pissant who was very rarely stable…” and see if you get any extra points for referencing Monty Python (if you’re lost, google Monty Python’s “Philosopher’s Song”). My Philo of the Human Person teacher referenced it often…remind me to tell you that story one day… Love, C
