I couldn’t download the upgrade packages, though! I switched from Blogger to Movable Type, from MT to WordPress, from WordPress to MT (due to database bandwith issues), and now I’m switching back again to WordPress (due to many more issues, including the fact that I couldn’t download the 3.14 upgrade package, and I’ve been inundated with spam).
