About a month from now I’ll be speaking at the Webvisions conference in Portland on “Scaling for Your First 100k Users.” The talk will be part tech, part social. It’s a very reasonably priced conference with a lot of great speakers, I think they’re going to sell out soon so if you’re interested in going book soon. It’ll also be my first time in Portland, so I’m looking forward to exploring the area a bit and meeting WP users.
Any chance of getting a podcast, or at least a copy of your presentation? Or would Automattic buy me the ticket out there? US Air wants both my arms and at least half of my first born for a lousy trip to Portland… 😉
Portland rocks – It’s like Seattle, only with better urban planning, transporation and lower cost of living. I doubt I’ll be down for Webvisions, but if you want advice on places to check out, let me know. (Powells is a must if you like bookstores: it’s half the reason I head down there whenever I do go). And kick ass with you talk!
