Apparently advertisers who take the tour have been known to drool ovr the opportunities of putting recipes on the kitchen counter and apparel recommendations in the closet. It will come true — advertisers abhor blank space like nature abhors a vacuum.

Well, it was only a matter of time. The world is destined to become advertising space upon which we live, love, and buy.
On the day that comes, I’m pulling all the plugs and heading for the hills to become a monk.
Saw it coming.
I wonder if the real-estate folk will start marketing homes as coming with “Ad block pre-installed!”.
If we already have advertising at the breakfast table, in the living room and in the bedroom, it is just a small step to advertising in the breakfast table, on the living room couch and in your mattress. Then, of course, comes advertising arms escalation, where we can buy furniture without ads — for a premium, of course.
Sounds just like Idiocracy. Netflix that one if you haven’t seen it.
