Virgin America is giving Delta a run for their money with this amazing safety video — who has ever said that before? — directed by Jon Chu, who also did two of the Step Up movies. (Which sound cheesy but are actually awesome.)

Awesome on so many levels. Who says it’s difficult to be heard about all the noise?
Haha, this is great!
However after about the fifth time listening to it, I can already tell it’s going to get annoying. I know the current Virgin America one does for example.
5 minutes of autotune music to describe the instructions that could fit in less than 1 minute. Could be fun in the first flight, but terribly annoying afterwards.
My 14 yr old son watches Step Up even more than my 18 year old daughter! I found that quite amusing for some reason…
If Virgin America flew to more locations in the US, I would fly with them more often. We flew to the west coast on Virgin America last summer to catch a trans-pacific flight and the entire family loved it. They had a different safety video then that was kind of a beatnik cartoon. It was pretty cool.
Wow, now this is one cool video folks!!!
