I’m concerned about liability that could arise of those situations. I wonder the same thing when the company I work for offers unpaid internships. We literally give them access to all our client’s data. Fair to say the resume gets you the audition in most cases? Goldman has been doing this for a long time and it’s worked well. In general I agree, but some companies camouflage this as fishing for free consulting, testing and/or feedback so you need to keep your eyes & ears open for telltale signs. It also helps to speak with people who have gone through the process at a given company in the past. Agreed, experience and the right education doesn’t equate to the right fit. Comments are closed.
