Studying Newspack over the years has been one of the clearest case studies I’ve seen in capturing a vertical. (I wish archive.org had saved the original FAQ Kinsey wrote—it had better questions for founders than the Y Combinator application!)
Newspack shows how non-technical organizations can succeed.
It’s also a great example of a business model that intends to support—and grow—the revenue of local journalism. Super cool!
