I work in a college that focuses on IT training and we’ve often discussed the reasons as to why there aren’t more women in the field.
It’s amazing how many women feel excluded from the industry, as it seems to be a “Boy’s Club”, which makes them feel rather mistreated. We hope to change that soon!
