Transferring large files over 802.11b isn’t really worth it. It’s faster to (1) burn a CD with the files and walk to the other computer (2) go to the store and buy an ethernet cable to wire the computers together (3) put the computers next to each other and type the text out on one computer while reading from the other.

Should forums be marked up as lists? I think in most situations the answer is yes, but most every forum I’ve seen has atrocious markup. The WordPress support forums, incidentally, use light tables on the thread listings but the threads themselves are ordered lists. It’s the only forum of its kind I’ve seen.

The fantastic comments keep pouring in on the Mac thread, thank you so much guys. I’m going through every single suggestion in that thread and when I’ve had time to kick the tires of everything I’ll write about what I end up with.

How come no one has ever done a reverse version scheme? Now that WP up to 1.2 I’d like to start counting back down. When we reach 0.0 we’ll be perfect.

Why would anyone write a book?

Going crazy with CSS, Craig said it looks like a crayon factory exploded. 🙂 I think it gets the point across: With a little CSS you can do anything. (But that doesn’t mean that you should.)
